How sessions and payments work
Sessions are weekly at the same time, lasting 50 minutes. Payment is made weekly by card payment on the day or bank transfer. Cancellations with under 48 hours’ notice are normally charged in full, as we reserve this space especially for you.
Where I Work
I see clients in person at Hertford Wellbeing on Hartham Lane, and at Stevenage Wellbeing on the Old Town High Street. Each has its own page with the practical detail: which days I’m there, where to park, the walk from the station, and which door to look for.
Online Sessions
I also offer sessions online across the UK. If neither room is practical, working online can be just as effective — and for some people, it’s the preferred way to work.
